Starting from December 2, 2021, OTP Bank Albania will replace Mobile banking app with a new application. This app comes with a whole new design and some additional features to further facilitate the management of your finances on the go.

The new functionalities that have been added to the new Mobile Baking application are as follow:
    • Account statement

    • International payments

    • Government and custom payments

    • Batch payment authorisation

    • Adaptation for Fiscal Law

Improvements in the user experience:
    • Fast access via fingerprint / face recognition

    • Mobile app main menu reorganised and restructured

    • Simplified flow and notification improvements in the payment process

    • Push notifications to drive user engagement

    • One click payment of Utility bills

Credit Cards:
    • Card statement from mobile app

    • Ease of controlling arrears

    • Card repayment option: minimum, full payment or a certain amount

Module for corporate clients:
    • Ability to send documents for international payments

    • Receive SWIFT message via SWIFT platform

    • Simplification / facilitation of the process of making salaries and group payments

Personalized account balance report

Extending the use of the electronic form:
    • Online loan application

    • Card limits change

    • Request for card blockage and PIN reset

OTP Bank Albania will send an SMS to the number you have registered in the banking system, in which you will receive an Internet address where you will find all the instructions to download and activate the new Mobile Banking application.

No. You must first download and activate the new application then you must delete the existing application.

The bank will send an SMS with a link address from where you can get instructions to download and activate the new Mobile Banking application.

The old application will be active for 30 days, starting from December 2, 2021. During this period you must download and activate the new application. To further facilitate this process you can visit the website https://www.otpbank.al/en/rezervo-nje-takim/ to book the date and a schedule (according to your availability) and then you will be called by the bank to give you the instructions for activating the new application.
