In the Orders released by Authorities, Fund Reserving are imposed over clients’ accounts (not in account level), despite ID expiry status, after the identification is done (name, surname, father, birthday). These are the identifying data which are an obligation to be sent by the authority to the bank, and not the ID nr.
If we refer to the blockings placed by Branches upon ID blocking, Delta clients shall proceed the same, while for the united bank clients (FlexCube), the unblocking shall be done in ARAU, upon Branches’ request.

To act over the deposits, the client need to present himself in a branch bearing OTP logo. It is ok visiting any branch and not only the one where the deposit was opened. With all deposits of united bank the terms of the contract will proceed. At the maturity date,if the contract does not foresee the automatic renewal, the fund go the account defined by the client as stated in the contract.
The deposits will be secured separately by the Deposit Insurance Agency, for a period of three months, from December 1, 2022. After this period, the deposits of these depositors will be secured aggregated at Bank OTP Albania.
The deposit shall be renewed according to the contract terms. It is not necessay to present at the branch for a new contract.
